Sign Up for Summer 2021

As of October 1st, we began enrolling all campers on a first-come, first- served basis.

  • September 1 - 20 : Enrolled campers from 2020
  • September 21 - 30 : Waitlisted campers from 2020
  • October 1: New Camper Registration Begins!

Campers who were enrolled in summer 2020 were offered priority registration from September 1 - September 20, 2020.
Campers who were waitlisted for summer 2020 were offered priority registration from September 21 - September 30, 2020.

We now have a waiting list in both sessions. First Term is full, and Second Term has space available only in certain grades.

First Come, First Served

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date on which your application is received (provided your deposit payment is received within 10 calendar days of the application date.) Both sessions now have a waiting list, so enrollment will be determined by the grade in which we have a cancellation, as well as application date.

Deposit Payment Required

We must receive your deposit payment within 10 days of your application in order to hold your spot. Any application for which we have not received a deposit payment after 10 days will be invalid.

If you rolled over at least $825 per camper in tuition payments from 2020, no deposit payment is required. Your application will be processed upon receipt.

What to Expect When you Apply

Once you have completed the online application, you should receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your application within an hour. It takes us a few days to process camper applications. You can expect to hear whether your camper has been enrolled within one week. We will send an email to confirm your camper’s enrollmet or let you know she has been placed on the Waiting List.

If you choose to pay your deposit payment by credit card, your card will not be charged until we officially enroll your camper (this means the charge will not immediately show on your camp account once your application has been submitted.) If your camper is placed on the Waiting List, you will not be charged for the deposit amount unless and until she is officially enrolled.

We know you may have questions, especially if you are new to Camp, and we would be happy to answer them.

Registration Policies

All applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is determined by age group and hometown, in addition to overall capacity. Campers must be between 8 and 16 years old (currently in 2nd-10th grades) and able to attend Camp for the entire session (with the exception of absences not to exceed 72 hours) to be eligible for enrollment.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your camper has been accepted and confirmed.

Deposits & Payment Schedule

Each camper application must be accompanied by a deposit payment of $825 (unless you rolled over tuition payments equal to or exceeding that amount from 2020). You may pay with a credit card online or by calling the Camp Office. You may also pay by check.

Please note that if you pay the deposit by check, we must receive your check within 10 days of the day you submit an appliaction in order to reserve your camper’s spot. If we do not receive your deposit check within 10 days, the appliacation will no longer be valid.

After enrollment, the deposit (less a $100 application fee) is refundable until February 1st.

A second payment of $825 is due on February 1, 2021. This amount is refundable through May 1st. The final balance is due on May 1, 2021. There is no refund for cancellations after May 1st.

The Waiting List

If your child is placed on the waiting list, you will be notified by e-mail. We will hold her application until a space opens up. You will not be charged unless and until she is enrolled. In the unfortunate event that an opening does not become available before camp begins, the deposit payment will not be processed and the camper will be invited to take advantage of early registration for summer 2022.
