Morning Watch 4/6/20

by on

Beth Graham is one of the Head Counselors in the Enchanted Forest Second Term at Camp. This morning, she reads to us from Hebrews and reminds us that Jesus lived this life just like us, so you can talk to him about what you’re going through. What a reassurance that God understands our feelings and our circumstances!

We’ve almost done all the line dances, so today we’d love to see if you remember one that we haven’t danced to yet! “Don’t Sleep in the Subway Darlin,” “ABC” by the Jackson 5, or “Cotton Fields”? There are a few more classics, and if you know any of those dances we’d love to see them!

We are going to continue sharing Morning Watches throughout this Holy Week. We have loved getting to share these camp moments with you all.

We are holding this verse close to our hearts lately: “I [Jesus] came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” (John 10:10). Let’s open our hands and our hearts to receive the abundance God has for us this week, no matter what that looks like.

Have a good day and give a good day!
