2026 Registration Information

First Come, First Served

Registration will begin on September 2nd at 9 a.m. CDT. All applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Deposit Payment Required

A deposit payment of $1000 (or $500 for Junior Term) is required to hold your spot. This includes a $100 non-refundable registration fee and a deposit that is refundable through February 1, 2026. The total fee for Junior Term is $1700. The total fee for First or Second Term is $6700.

What to Expect When You Apply

Once you have completed the online application, you will receive an email confirming submission of your application within a few minutes. Once received, it takes the office a few days to process camper applications, including payments. You can expect to hear whether your camper has been enrolled within one week. We will send an email to confirm your camper’s enrollment.

If you choose to pay your deposit payment by e-check or credit card, your funds will not be withdrawn until we officially enroll your camper (this means the charge will not immediately show on your account once your application has been submitted). If your camper is placed on the Waiting List, you will not be charged for the deposit amount unless and until she is officially enrolled.

Registration Policies

All applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is determined by age group and hometown, in addition to overall capacity. Campers must be between 8 and 16 years old (currently in 2nd-10th grades) and able to attend Camp for the entire session (with the exception of absences not to exceed 72 hours) to be eligible for enrollment.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your camper has been accepted and confirmed.

Deposits & Payment Schedule

The total cost for First Term and Second Term is $6700. The total cost for Junior Term is $1700.

Each camper application must be accompanied by a deposit payment of $1000. You may pay with a credit card online or by calling the Camp Office. You may also pay by check or e-check.

Please note that if you pay the deposit by check, we must receive your check within 10 days of the day you submit an application in order to reserve your camper’s spot. If we do not receive your deposit check within 10 days, the application will no longer be valid.

After enrollment, the deposit (less a $100 application fee) is refundable through January 31st.

A second payment of $1000 is due on February 1, 2026. This amount is refundable through May 1st. The final balance is due on May 1, 2026. There will be no refund given for cancellations after May 1st.

The Waiting List

If your child is placed on the waiting list, you will be notified by e-mail. We will hold her application until a space opens up. You will not be charged unless and until she is enrolled.
