Family Camp

The Family Camp Retreat is held over Labor Day Weekend each year. This is a time for families to enjoy camp's rhythms, activities, and friends as they retreat from the busyness of their everyday lives. Each family is assigned a cabin for the weekend, and we all enjoy family style meals in the dining hall. In the morning, parents meet together for a time of teaching while children participate in various activities according to their age group. In the afternoons, parents and children are given the opportunity to participate in family activities, such as climbing, hiking, and canoeing.  Each evening a night activity is planned for everyone to enjoy together. Aunts and uncles sometimes bring nieces and nephews, grandparents have been known to get in on the fun, and anyone who enjoys being with families is welcome to join us for our Labor Day Retreat.
